About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Professional to drive successful adoption of new processes and systems in a regulated environment.

This dynamic role focuses on engaging stakeholders, managing change, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change strategies, conduct thorough impact assessments, and monitor progress.
  • Craft clear, compelling messages across multiple platforms to address resistance, align stakeholders, and celebrate milestones.
  • Coach leaders, support change champions, and coordinate with teams to ensure seamless alignment.
  • Track engagement metrics, report progress, and adjust strategies based on data to drive adoption and morale.
  • Align initiatives with the organization's environmental and social objectives, including net zero targets, and manage risks effectively.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, high-performance culture in line with the organization's Vision and Values.

About You

We are looking for someone with 3-5 years' experience in change management and communications on major transformation, technology, or infrastructure projects.

Proven skills in change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivering engagement strategies are essential.

Experience in gas/energy utilities or regulated environments is highly desirable.

Formal qualifications or certification in a recognized change management methodology are preferred.

Strong understanding of change processes and exceptional communication skills are required.
