  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences
  • Adept at proactively building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning, exchange knowledge, and elicit beneficial outcomes
  • Ability to identify potential issues, evaluate information, exercise judgement, and deliver effective, customer-focused solutions
  • Able to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks, and manage competing resources and demands
  • Sound technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance products and associated legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating and presenting with clarity, impact, and influence
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse team members towards a common goal
