About the Opportunity

The Legal Aid NSW is seeking a skilled Digital Content Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of our digital platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of our digital platforms.
  • Manage content and development tasks to create a final product that meets our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our Website Upgrade Manager to deliver our digital projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Territory qualifications in a relevant field or extensive experience in digital marketing, web development, or digital communications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in both front-end and back-end website management, including experience in utilizing content management systems, curating digital content, and engaging in similar projects within government or non-government settings.
