Job Description

Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our showrooms and drive sales growth through effective merchandising and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement store visual merchandising plans to create appealing and stimulating shopping environments for customers.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge in merchandising, presentation, and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in retail leadership or management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising, display design, and store layout.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver's license (manual preferred).
