Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned business portfolios with professionalism and accountability
  • Develop proactive deliverability strategies based on current industry trends
  • Conduct deliverability audits and performance reviews, linking findings to business impact with actionable recommendations
  • Support customers in resolving issues like blocklisting or inboxing challenges, framing solutions in business terms
  • Monitor delivery metrics, create data-driven plans, and communicate results in a structured format
  • Quantify improvements in deliverability performance through consistent analysis and reporting
  • Handle technical objections with clarity, connecting technical solutions to customer business goals
  • Cultivate long-term relationships across business portfolios, aligning with shared strategic goals
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and executive presence in customer interactions and presentations
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to demonstrate deliverability strategy's impact on business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to various stakeholders
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude in challenging situations
  • Strong relationship management and influence skills for guiding customers toward best practices
  • Competence in interpreting and reporting email deliverability data to drive improvements
  • Familiarity with email infrastructure components like DNS and DKIM
  • Understanding of bounce types and global email laws
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a data-driven email deliverability role
