As a Transformation Catalyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within our global organization. Reporting to the General Manager Growth Aliaxis APAC, you will lead complex new product and innovation projects from ideation through to launch.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project managing multiple new product and innovation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and staying within budget.
- BUILDING AND MANAGING STRATEGIC NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PIPELINES that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Sales, to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Developing and implementing world-class innovation processes and systems to drive cultural transformation and excellence within our organization.
You will be an exceptional leader, influencer, and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in project management, innovation, and strategic planning will enable you to make a significant impact on our business.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7-10 years of experience in innovation management, project management, product design, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex new product projects, driving innovation, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Management, or a related field.
