The Clinical Nurse Consultant is a key position that plays a pivotal role in providing mentoring and guidance to junior nurses and recent recruits.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute towards an appropriately skilled workforce by delivering bed-based nursing development to address priority issues on the wards related to vulnerable and high-risk consumers.
- Collaborate with the extended multidisciplinary team to provide care for consumers presenting with high levels of acuity and behavioural disturbance.
