About the role:

  • Duties include engaging with customers, providing technical expertise in leather cleaning and restoration, tile and grout cleaning, odour control, protection services, upholstery cleaning and stain removal, and carpet recolouring.
  • Invoicing customers and managing the quote-to-order process from start to finish.

To be considered for this position:

  • A relevant qualification or experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • A proven track record of success in sales/customer-focused roles is desirable.
  • A Manual driver's license and National Police Clearance are required.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) are necessary.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn and further industry training are crucial.
