Lead Payroll Specialist Role

As a senior payroll specialist, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end payroll processing of over 1,200 employees across multiple entities and states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process payroll on a weekly and fortnightly basis
  • Resolve payroll queries and issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience
  • Ability to interpret complex awards and stay abreast of changes
