Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Installation Specialist to provide customer and technical support in installing Audio Visual technologies.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Installing, configuring, and testing various Audio Visual hardware on-site.
  • Ensuring smooth coordination of installation activities on construction sites, working with other trades and stakeholders.
  • Completing projects within set deadlines and closely monitoring site progress.
  • Providing guidance on installation techniques, safety practices, and troubleshooting methods to junior technicians.
  • Managing the installation and termination of cable infrastructure in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service, addressing client needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all installations, documentation, and reports.
  • Overseeing and conducting thorough testing of installed solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an AV Installation Technician, with industry or trade qualifications.
  • Valid green/white card and driver's license.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work on a construction site and coordinate with other trades.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, oral.
  • Ability to prioritize issues and tasks.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
