About the RoleThis leadership position oversees the management and development of our dedicated team of Allied Health professionals, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to children and families. The Program Manager will lead by example, integrating developmental and therapeutic needs to enhance children's participation in daily life.
Key responsibilities include business management, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and driving operational and financial targets. We seek an experienced leader who can build capacity, foster strong relationships, and promote excellence in service delivery.
Requirements- Proven leadership experience in program management and planning
- Demonstrated understanding of financial drivers and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
