Corporate Hospitality Lead - Client Experience/ Reception - New Challenge

The Opportunity:

This role offers a great chance for individuals looking to transition into a corporate environment, utilizing their hospitality and customer service skills. Every day is different in this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

As part of this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional experiences that make a lasting impact on our visitors and occupants. You will work closely with our clients, supporting them across various services including Front of house (Reception), Concierge, Placemaking support, Hospitality, Workplace Solutions, Events and Meeting coordination.

*This position requires periods of walking, standing, sitting and/or manual handling.

Qualifications:

At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.

A strong customer-centric and hospitality-led approach is required, adapting to visitors'/employees' needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience.

Effective problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach, always maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset in addressing challenges.
