Role Definition: Counter Manager

Key responsibilities include:
- Driving business performance through stakeholder relationships with Aesop Senior Leaders, David Jones management, and Concession teams.
- Identifying opportunities within your business by assessing trends and consumer behavior.
- Working closely with teams to ensure their development and shaping future leaders on our growth journey.
