Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and organize the supply of chemotherapy for patients and inpatients using ARIA.
  • Perform medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation to ensure accurate and safe medication management.
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in clinical screening of chemotherapy orders to ensure patient safety and efficacy.
  • Educate and counsel staff, patients, and allied health professionals on oncology-related topics.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the oncology team to ensure high-quality patient care.
