Lead Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Testing Specialist to join our team in Melbourne for a contract till June 2025 with a view of extension.
Your key responsibilities will include leading testing activities on medium to large system implementations, preparing test plans based on testing-type risk assessment in an agile project environment, and ensuring test coverage to User stories/requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead testing activities on medium to large system implementations.
- Prepare test plans based on testing-type risk assessment in an agile project environment.
- Perform various testing types including system and integration testing, compatibility testing, regression testing.
- Ensure test coverage to User stories/requirements.
- Plan, prepare and execute testing activities including defect triage and test results reporting.
- Support vendors to perform their penetration testing and accessibility testing as per project requirements.
- Support Business for User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing.
What makes you a good fit for this role?
- Experience in agile projects and active participation in agile ceremonies.
- Experience in SQL script writing.
- Experience in using PostMan and MS Azure DevOps is desirable.
- Experience in the health sector will be highly regarded.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of testing methodologies, and experience working in agile environments.
