Event Operations Supervisor Role Overview

The Event Operations Supervisor will oversee the successful execution of upscale conferences and events. The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring seamless logistics, vendor management, and staff supervision to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee event operations including setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event spaces.
  • Supervise event staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and coordinating logistics to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and efficient event execution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events with high guest satisfaction ratings.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
