Telecommunication Network Installer

This role plays a critical part in our delivery team. As an individual contributor or as part of a team, you will be responsible for building, maintaining and decommissioning Telecommunication Networks.

The successful candidate will work on various networks including but not limited to; Optus, Uecomm, NBN, Telstra, TPG, Telco Authorities and Power Utility.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced installers to join our Field Delivery Team. The successful candidates will work across multiple clients and types of work.

About You

  • Hold a Construction White Card
  • Operator tickets; loader, excavator license - Preferred but not mandatory
  • Hold a current MR or HR Driver's License and have Reliable Transport to and from depot
  • Work onsite/in field as part of one or multiple crews daily
  • Be willing and able to be part of a rostered-On Call Availability, including working outside normal working hours on a regular basis.
  • Be willing and able to work away from home from time to time - Planned or Emergency response works for client
  • Civil Labouring experience
  • Construction Labouring experience
  • Trenching and pipe laying experience
  • Install pits and manholes
  • Concrete restoration experience
  • Operating Non-Destructive Digger - Vacuum Excavator Truck
  • Sound understanding of all Occupational Health & Safety procedures
  • Ability to interpret Construction and DBYD plans
