About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Store team in Toowoomba QLD as a Customer Care Consultant.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer requests, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Face-to-face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, and ETA's on backorders
  • Warehousing (picking/packing/put-aways)
  • Daily stock replenishment/stock takes
  • Handling of money for purchases (cash/card/account)
  • Showroom displays, stock rotations
  • General housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisation

Requirements

  • Customer service experience in a trade store / retail environment
  • Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
