Industrial Marketing and Communications Leader

Colliers is seeking a seasoned marketing and communications professional to spearhead all external and internal business activities and promotions for our Industrial & Logistics division.

  • This role will focus on creating and executing strategic marketing plans, developing marketing collateral, communicating research insights, and driving the National Marketing Plan for Industrial & Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and implementing marketing strategies based on stakeholder feedback
  • Coordinating client engagement initiatives, forums, workshops, and presentations
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to drive business growth and implement industry best practices
  • Developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns to promote the Industrial & Logistics team's capabilities

The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or a related field, minimum 5 years of experience in professional services or B2B marketing, and exceptional organizational skills. Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite are essential.
