Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at a leading healthcare facility.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Transporting and distributing medical, pharmaceutical and general supplies within and between facilities
  • Providing Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) to Defence members in accordance with Defence policy
  • Ordering and receiving medical, dental and general supplies using statutory inventory management systems
  • Picking, packing, issuing and dispatching medical, dental and general supplies to meet orders from dependencies
  • Replenishing first aid kits under the direction of the Pharmacist
  • Processing and returning surplus stores and equipment
  • Assisting in maintaining, repairing and calibrating medical and dental equipment in line with standard Defence business processes
  • Coordinating equipment hire and loan in accordance with Defence Policies and Procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years full-time experience (or part-time equivalent) in Stores, Logistics or Transport
  • A current and valid open drivers' licence
  • Current First Aid (HLTAID003) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID001) certification
