Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Culinary Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team at Bordertown Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive high-quality, wholesome meals during their stay.
Responsibilities:- Ordering and procurement of non-imprest food supplies
- Preparation and presentation of meals
- Menu planning and selection
- Maintenance of quality control standards in food production
- Working collaboratively with the multi-skilled team to set priorities and make decisions
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all patients, staff, and visitors by adhering to established procedures and work practices
- Experience in preparing and cooking bulk meals
