Job Description:

The Data Loss Prevention (DLP) team at Optus is responsible for protecting the company's sensitive information from unauthorized access. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing DLP controls to mitigate data risk across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a squad at the forefront of protecting data within documents and institute DLP controls that effectively derisk data
  • Create, own, and implement a cohesive data transformation strategy across both data governance and data execution streams of work
  • Ensure that data products meet business needs while reducing data risk associated with enterprise data risk profile
  • Anticipate and act on evolving landscape of DLP controls and explore emerging industry trends in data security frameworks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong understanding of data governance, experience working with Microsoft Purview, and excellent leadership skills.
