Business Development Manager Position

This role is designed for an individual passionate about brand development, who can effectively communicate and think critically to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn and grow, as well as the ability to navigate complex business relationships and leverage technology to achieve sales objectives.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team, someone who can act as a brand ambassador, develop strong partnerships with travel professionals, and drive sales through effective communication and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with travel professionals to promote and educate them on our products.
  • Closure of both B2B and B2C sales through effective communication and critical thinking in alignment with sales strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Understand the territory's existing partnerships and potential partnerships to enable a strategic approach in line with sales and company priorities.
  • Analyze data to ensure activities are aligned to priorities and producing desired revenue and market share results.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are communicated, appropriate expectations are set, and repeat business is created.
