Lead Aged Care Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and compassionate registered nurse to assume leadership in our aged care residence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional patient care is delivered with empathy and respect
  • Supervise, mentor, and assist other care professionals to achieve high-quality outcomes
  • Develop meaningful relationships with residents, focusing on their health, wellbeing, and dignity
  • Coordinate and deliver comprehensive care within a supportive team environment
  • Provide advanced clinical care services, including wound management, medication administration, and condition assessments

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Div 1)
  • Minimum two years of experience in aged care settings
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with iCare systems (desirable)
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety principles and manual handling practices
  • Familiarity with relevant aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and ANACC guidelines (highly regarded)
  • Current First Aid certification and valid police check clearance
