- A PhD in Materials Engineering or a closely related field.

- Expertise in the synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials, with a preference for experience in boron nitride nanomaterials.
- Experience mentoring undergraduate or graduate research students.
- Strong organizational skills, including meticulous laboratory and data management.
