Gatehouse Security Officers
About the Role:- Use computer systems to perform various gatehouse duties.
- Monitor activities through CCTV and remain vigilant.
- Ensure safety on site and follow rules/procedures for visitors.
- Write incident reports and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Provide clear directions through two-way radios.
- Maintain site logbooks.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and grant access to authorized patrons.
- Hold a valid Security Licence in VIC.
- Be flexible across a 24-7 roster (including weekends & Public Holidays).
- Have excellent customer service skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders.
- Confidence in different communication methods.
- Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced gatehouse site.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good understanding of IT/computers and access control systems.
- Solid understanding of gatehouse processes, warehouse and management systems.
