Palliative Care Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Palliative Care Consultant to join our team, providing expert guidance and leadership to deliver high-quality care in rural and remote locations across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert palliative care advice and support to patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet client needs and promote quality of life.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate to practice in the State where employed.
  • Demonstrated extensive clinical experience in palliative care, preferably with Post Graduate qualifications or working towards.
  • Provision of high standard management and clinical leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in relevant funding streams.
  • Ability to travel for varying periods of time.
