About the Role

As a vital member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and upholding visual merchandising standards in store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support
  • Promote sales by providing customers with informative product knowledge relating to footwear and apparel
  • Ensure all visual merchandising standards are maintained in store
  • Support stock management including unpacking, processing, replenishing, and maintaining stockroom inventory
  • Assist with ensuring the store operates efficiently, in compliance with internal policies and procedures
To Be Successful You Will Have:
  • Previous retail experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • A keen interest in retail, fashion, and sporting trends
Requirements:
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday and weekends
  • Full availability on public holidays
