Commercial Property Portfolio Management

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role as a Commercial Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have a positive and proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong time management abilities.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial properties in Ballarat, including lease administration, routine property inspections, accounts administration, and maintenance coordination. They will also be expected to communicate effectively with landlords and tenants.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to possess a Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or be willing to obtain one) and have experience in commercial or B2B sales (although not required).
