Job Title:

Library Coordinator

Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership and coordination of library functions to deliver outcomes for communities and people in the Bega Valley Shire.

Responsibilities:

As a Library Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of library services across the Shire and lead the activation of library spaces to meet the needs of current and future users. You will manage library programs, partnerships, and assets, as well as volunteer and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:
  • A degree level qualification relevant to community services delivery, community development or library and information science is essential.
  • Five (5) years' experience in library services or similar is preferred.
Key Skills:
  • High-level understanding of library principles and practices.
  • Leadership and organisational skills.
  • Project and grant management experience.
  • Volunteer management and development skills.
Benefits:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week.

The total remuneration package includes:

  • A base salary.
