Youth Soccer Coach

We are seeking ambitious and enthusiastic Junior Soccer Coaches to lead our pre-soccer classes for toddlers to preteens in the South Nashville area.
The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children and has prior experience as a sports coach, teacher, or camp leader. This role is perfect for individuals interested in early childhood education or child development.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Create and implement engaging lesson plans based on our established curriculum.
- Teach soccer skills, physical literacy, and life skills to small groups of children.
- Maintain a positive, fun, and safe learning environment for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing progress reports and addressing concerns.
- Model and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for self and others.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve coaching skills and knowledge of our curriculum.
- Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies for classes and events.
- Prior experience working with children, toddlers, or infants.
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and patience.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background checks.
