Regional Director

The Senior Business Leader plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and operational excellence across the Western Australia, South Australia, and Northern Territory region. This involves executing strategic initiatives that align with the broader group's objectives.

This role is based in Perth and requires the candidate to motivate, manage, and mentor team members to drive high performance and achieve results.

The successful candidate will build and maintain the necessary resources, technical expertise, capability, and capacity to ensure high-quality delivery of services to customers with the highest professional standards.

As a member of the leadership team, the Senior Business Leader ensures that policies, processes, practices, and executive decisions support health, wellbeing, and safety of staff.

The Senior Business Leader shapes the direction of the organization and prepares it for the future by collaborating with colleagues to achieve support for quality service delivery, innovation, and growth.

They model values and use them to guide strategic direction setting and decision making.

The Senior Business Leader provides strategic advice on regional strategy considerations, including industry developments.

They represent the organization in the Region on relevant industry and Government boards and committees.

The Senior Business Leader manages allocated resources within set parameters and leads service delivery of the Region, balancing achievement of results with sustainable growth.

They ensure high-quality service delivery for Customers, Clients, Consultants outcomes across the Region.

The Senior Business Leader leads the attraction, retention, engagement, and experience of Region's Consultants.

They ensure a contemporary and effective service delivery and operating model for the Region that is consistent with National operating models and is driven by Customer, Client, and Consultant experience.

The Senior Business Leader understands and manages Customer satisfaction and evaluation processes for all aspects of the Region.

They manage the resolution of complaint and compliance issues.

The Senior Business Leader ensures governance excellence and full legal compliance in the delivery of quality service.

They develop and implement Regional strategy to meet sustainable growth objectives.

The Senior Business Leader develops and leads high-level Customer relationships.

Through innovation, they enhance operations and service delivery.

Through collaboration with key stakeholders and National consistency, they develop and implement operational excellence and business development and growth projects in the Region.

The Senior Business Leader develops relationships and seeks opportunities to influence relevant industry and Government representatives to further the purpose of organizational objectives in the Region.

They develop and lead corporate partnerships and provider relationships with key internal businesses and external partners and providers.
