Application Support Engineer

Are you a talented software engineer with experience in .NET and Sitecore? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and providing exceptional customer service?
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Quality Solutions: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing applications to meet business requirements.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain Clear Documentation: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of application configurations and changes.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work collaboratively with other teams, including development, quality assurance, and operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- .NET Experience: You should have at least 3 years of experience in .NET and web technologies.
- Sitecore Experience: Familiarity with Sitecore CMS is preferred.
- Azure Cloud Experience: Experience with Azure Cloud hosting platforms is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
