We're seeking an accomplished individual to lead our team of teachers and support staff in creating a welcoming and inclusive dance environment.

As a seasoned leader, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, cultivating a culture of excellence, and driving innovation within the organisation.

To excel in this role, you'll need strong interpersonal and communication skills, reliability, and organisational prowess. You should thrive on feedback and collaboration, advocate for accessibility and inclusion, and exude passion for your role and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a talented team of teachers and support staff
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting stakeholder expectations
  • Cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Managing finances, operations, and logistics

Requirements include:

  • Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check (or Equivalent)
  • National Police Check
