Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned PR and Influencer Account Director to lead bold campaigns that shape culture.

  • Develop strategic earned and influencer campaign plans for projects and annual programs, providing expert counsel on media outreach and influencer management.
  • Serve as the senior partner to our clients, delivering timely updates and advice on media relations and influencer engagement.
  • Provide guidance on the best use of PR, influencer, and social for program amplification, fostering ongoing collaboration with clients.
  • Oversee junior team members to implement specific PR and influencer strategies in response to client objectives, issues, or briefs.
  • Participate in creative ideation and develop innovative PR/influencer tactics, working closely with production teams to deliver campaign assets.
  • Manage client finances and scopes for both projects and retained work, collaborating with the PR & Comms Account Director.
  • Lead forward-thinking influencer strategy and engagement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest thinking and learnings in integrated marcomms, applying this knowledge to drive client success.
  • Maintain expertise in the consumer PR and influencer space, with a strong understanding of communication principles and techniques.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer PR and influencer marketing, with thorough knowledge of communication principles and techniques.
  • Excellent working knowledge of media across all mediums (including digital and social) and an active network of media contacts.
  • Strong understanding of local trends and news affecting the PR industry, programs, or clients.
  • Knowledge of the Australian media and influencer landscape, with an established network of journalists and talent.
  • Strong public speaking/presentation skills, with experience in new business pitching a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills, financial literacy, and attention to detail.
