Security Officer Job

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and emergency response to our retail sites across Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level security and customer service duties.
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises.
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support.
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk.
  • Access control.
  • Incident report writing and data logs.

Requirements:

To qualify, you must hold a current QLD Security Licence with a Crowd Controller component and a First Aid and CPR certificate. You will also need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
