Our two market-leading brands offer unparalleled sales growth for clients via merchandising, sales teams, brand promoters, store trainers, mystery shopping and auditing services.

About the Opportunity

This role covers various suburbs in Sydney with approximately 30 hours per week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday being essential days.

We provide comprehensive online induction to all team members prior to field work and ongoing training programs with Field Support.

Typical Daily Duties

  • Placing stock on shelves according to planogram
  • Removing point of sale displays and implementing new displays
  • Visiting multiple stores daily
  • Developing strong working relationships with store managers
  • Negotiating extra space with store managers
  • Checking stock levels and reporting accurate data upon task completion

Essential Criteria

  • A great attitude and positive mindset is vital for this role
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong working relationships with store personnel
  • Previous retail or merchandising experience
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to receive Point of Sale items at home address
  • Ability to report work via apps on an iPad supplied by company
  • Committed to working autonomously in casual position
  • Must be physically fit to complete work independently which includes repetitive tasks such as lifting and reaching
