We are seeking a Field Ecologist to join our Perth ecology team. As a Field Ecologist, you will be responsible for conducting ecological fieldwork, including surveys and data collection. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ecological fieldwork, including surveys and data collection
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement ecological projects
  • Provide technical expertise and support to our clients
  • Contribute to the development of our team's skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in environmental science, botany, zoology, or a related field
  • Strong desire to work flexible hours and travel for ecological fieldwork
  • Experience in undertaking ecological surveys and a demonstrated passion for flora and/or fauna
  • Ability to work in a professional team as well as autonomously
  • Capability to effectively communicate with team members
  • Experience in GIS and electronic data capture (preferred)
  • Appreciation of the importance of WHS matters
