Key Responsibilities- Assess market and operational risks for distributed battery portfolios.
- Develop robust risk models to quantify revenue variability and market exposure.
- Evaluate battery performance under various scenarios using tools and simulations.
- Assess operational risks including technical performance, network constraints, and operating envelopes.
- Support strategic decisions on market participation and risk mitigation; inform bidding strategies.
- Interpret regulatory developments and advise on financial implications for battery assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Hold a quantitative degree (Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related) with postgraduate qualification desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of Python and/or R; skills in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Proactive attitude with strong motivation for continuous learning.
- Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with accuracy and attention to detail.
