About the Job

We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for managing and prioritizing product backlogs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality increments. They will also refine and write clear, actionable user stories, collaborating with stakeholders and the development team to clarify requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product vision, validating features, resolving issues, and prioritising inputs to support decision-making.
  • Manage product roadmaps based on customer insights to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics, ensuring customer-centric design and delivery.
  • Conduct research and stakeholder consultations to identify product enhancements and assess market trends, driving innovative ideas for high-performance product development and roadmaps.
  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, expectation management, and negotiation to ensure successful product and service delivery and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, including managing product streams and defining product vision.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
