Job Title: Tyre Maintenance Specialist

As a tyre maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking regular tyre changes and maintenance on a variety of mobile equipment. Your primary goal will be to ensure the tyres are in good condition, thereby maintaining the overall efficiency of the machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting routine inspections to assess the condition of tyres and wheel components
  • Performing planned and reactive tyre changes, including mounting, demounting and inspecting tyres
  • Maintaining accurate records of tyre maintenance and repairs using our revolutionary tyre management system
  • Adhering to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as an earthmover tyre fitter on mine sites
  • Possession of a Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical Tyre Fitting Heavy (AUR21916/AUR21920)
  • A valid C Class driving licence with HR/LR advantageous
  • QLD Standard 11 Mining Induction
  • The ability to work autonomously and under pressure
  • An understanding of the importance of safety and attention to detail
