Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Engineering & Design Manager to join our Pacific Energy Connected (PEC) division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing the Engineering and Design team and its day-to-day operations. You will oversee project engineering and design outcomes, project planning, project management, and people management.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Direct the formulation of engineering strategies, policies, and plans to drive business growth and success.
- Design Excellence: Oversee design processes and maintain engineering standards to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Project Management: Propose and manage budgets and schedules for projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
