Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to play a key role in the smooth operation of our store.

  • Ensure customers receive prompt and high-quality service by actively engaging with them and addressing their needs efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally, maintaining a positive and respectful tone at all times.
  • Plan and prepare work schedules, assigning staff to specific duties based on their skills and strengths.
  • Interview, hire, train, evaluate, dismiss, and promote staff as needed, providing constructive feedback and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Instruct staff on handling difficult or complex sales procedures, emphasizing the importance of empathy and effective communication.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as necessary, ensuring that products are always available to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure food items are correctly priced and attractively displayed, maintaining high standards of presentation and visual appeal.
  • Enforce safety and security procedures within the store, prioritizing the well-being of customers and employees alike.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail or food service supervision, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a keen sense of diplomacy and tact.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures is an advantage, but not essential for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
