Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to provide operational support to our Service Department. This key role involves maintaining the Regional Service system, including WIP management, customer communication, job creation, and scheduling of work orders.
Key Responsibilities- Clerical Support
- Maintains accurate records of regional service activities, ensures timely completion of tasks, and effectively communicates with customers.
- Raises purchase orders and sales orders in accordance with established company policies.
- Documents technicians' timesheets and enters Visa transactions on Concur.
- Follows up on job returns and resolves any issues that may arise.
- Operations Support
- Provides exceptional customer relationships and supports the Service Operations Manager in achieving departmental objectives.
- Responds promptly to internal and external customer inquiries and requests.
- Service Delivery
- Acts as first-point-of-contact for Service customers, delivering high-quality support and ensuring seamless interactions.
- Maintains professional phone presentation and provides backup support in the absence of the Service Operations Manager.
- Quality and Safety
- Supports Company quality objectives by adhering to ISO 9001 standards and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Ensures a safe working environment through regular housekeeping, risk assessments, and collaboration with line managers.
