Project Coordinator Role

This is a key role in driving mechanical project coordination and digital transformation.

The successful candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, as well as proven experience in project coordination and maintenance.

A Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical), Diploma of Engineering or willingness to obtain, and be tech-savvy with a passion for digital tools and data analytics are required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook) and a willingness to learn Industry 4.0 platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate mechanical project activities
  • Create and manage work orders in SAP
  • Participate in RCA/DEA and isolation coordination
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across maintenance systems
  • Promote digital adoption and support team upskilling
  • Contribute to maintenance strategy development and continuous improvement
