Job Overview

We are a leading global provider of airline catering and provisioning services with over 70 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production activities to meet customer specifications and expectations.
  • Coordinate food production activities with the Executive Chef and Assembly Manager.
  • Maintain quality KPIs and customer expectations.
  • Proactively manage team performance, including training and coaching.
  • Maintain legal/compliance requirements across health and safety, food safety, and security.
  • Plan work allocations, staff rosters, and scheduling.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in operations, food manufacturing or services is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to work morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications would be desirable.
Requirements
  • Australian working rights are required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products is preferred.
