Job Title:

An Interior Design Professional

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design flair, proficiency in documentation, and detailing knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake all phases of the project from initial client engagement and briefing through to construction, handover, and final delivery
  • Participate/assist with undertaking complete project briefings with the client/representative, assist with the return brief development
  • Take a lead role on smaller to medium projects, mentor and train Graduate Designers
  • Attend and complete site audits, assist with the development of schematic / space planning and associated documentation
  • Create visual presentation material, deliver documentation packages on small, medium, and large scale projects
  • Assist with contract/subcontractor tender pricing processes, coordinate sub consultants and their deliverables
  • Lead/Assist with design PCG meetings, and associated documentation/reporting
