Job Title: Payroll Team Leader

As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a medium-sized team to ensure accurate weekly payroll processing, managing annual leave administration, and producing insightful end-of-month reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a payroll team to achieve high-quality results
  • Manage the timely and accurate processing of employee pay
  • Coordinate annual leave administration to minimize disruptions to business operations
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees
  • Produce regular payroll reports to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the Head of Payroll to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Large payroll system experience such as SAP, UKG or iChris
  • Previous experience in interpreting EBAs and awards
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
