Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maximize system performance of MineStar Command.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to become a trusted advisor for the customer.
  • Support and advise MineStar Command Office Supervisors, Builders, Controllers, and Pit Technicians on system performance, including minimizing downtime.
  • Provide technical support to MineStar Command System on-board maintenance Supervisors and Technicians.
  • Support hardware and software installation and configuration through establishing Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
  • Measure, benchmark, and report on MineStar Command System performance, and suggest opportunities for improvements.
  • Develop training and process material.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program, including classroom training and on-the-job training and mentoring.

  • University degree in Engineering, IT, mining, or similar working background.
  • Knowledge of mining technology products and product applications, including Fleet Management systems.
