Key Responsibilities- Assist clients in achieving their identified goals and aspirations
- Provide support with day-to-day tasks and activities
- Develop professional working relationships with stakeholders to achieve best possible outcomes for clients
- Work as part of a wider team, with your own client caseload and on-the-job supervision
